At The Grayson, the answers are yes and she won't have to. Your guests stay under one roof, from the newest family member in a mini crib to the most honored silver-haired guest, and the ground floor is ADA accessible with a ramp and a step-free deck.
We are a family-owned bed and breakfast in the Cascade foothills on Highway 2, serving wedding parties headed to venues in Snohomish, Woodinville wine country, Duvall, Sultan and the Sky Valley. Everyone together, from the mini crib to Grandma's walker
- An ADA ground floor. A ramp, wide doors, taller toilets, step-in showers and a shower chair. The Cascade, Pike and Olympic suites are on that floor, the deck has no steps, and the garden paths have room to turn around.
- Kids are welcome. Every child who stays finds a small, age-appropriate gift. Mini cribs and pack-n-plays are free.
- Room for families. Every suite has a queen. The Cedar adds two peek-a-boo twins and the Baker a futon.
- The dog can come. We are pet friendly, with Pet Concierge on the day of your event for the furry ring-bearer.
Getting ready on the wedding day
- Early check-in from 2 PM, for $75*, so you can come in, get dressed and leave your bags before the wedding.
- Mobile beauty teams are welcome. The Grayson Salon & Spa, when available, is $250* for the first hour and $150* for each hour after, with a 3-hour minimum, and an optional luncheon at the salon for $37.50* per person (minimum 8), with 5 hair stations and 2 treatment rooms that make great dressing rooms. Restrictions apply.*
- A hair dryer in every bathroom, plus a clothes steamer, an iron and an ironing board for the dress and the suits.
- Breakfast on your schedule. Breakfast is served 9 to 11 AM. The Early Riser breakfast runs 5 to 8:30 AM for a small fee.
- A late return is fine. If the reception runs long, your host will greet you at the door as late as 1 AM, as long as we know ahead of time.

Room blocks with no attrition and no guest cutoff
Hotel blocks come with fine print: a minimum, an attrition clause, and a cutoff date when unbooked rooms go back. Ours work differently.
- No attrition. One organizer holds the block, so you are never charged for rooms your guests don't book.
- No guest cutoff to chase. Guests who book on their own are welcome as individual stays.
- Blocks start at three days and two nights and scale up to every available room, with our hospitality centered on your party.
- Simple payments. Pay in full at booking, or split it in two, with the second payment 90 days before arrival and a one-time convenience fee for splitting.
- Soft blocks for venues and planners. Venues and planners can hold a soft block with no deposit; guests book and pay their own suites.
- A clear quote showing the nightly total, the average per suite and the cost per person per night, with breakfast included.
Perks grow with the block. Three suites unlock a welcome charcuterie and Estate-Infused Botanical Water spread. Four add the Hearth & Honey Long Table Brunch. Five add a 1 PM late checkout and fireside s'mores. Taking every available room adds a hosted Last Together Supper.
If the online calendar shows nothing open for your weekend, please don't read that as a no. Our booking system can only offer a stay it can hold in one room for every night, and we aren't limited that way. Send us your dates.
The rehearsal dinner and the morning after
- Rehearsal dinner at the house. Your caterer delivers and we set up and present it, or, with a buyout, you cook it yourselves in our Chef's Kitchen, or our chef prepares it for you.
- The Hearth & Honey Long Table Brunch, buffet or family style. Without a qualifying block it is $450 flat for up to 10 people, plus up to 15 more guests at $45 a plate.*
- Limos and group vans. A grand circular driveway takes them, and the property works as the meetup point for a day-of group van.

Lodging for your guests, never a rival venue
The Grayson does not hold ceremonies or receptions. Any inquiry that reaches us with a venue already booked is referred back to that venue, which makes us an easy recommendation for planners and venue coordinators.
Check-in is 4 to 9 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Paine Field in Everett is the closest airport, and Sea-Tac also serves the area.
