Four years is our longest stay so far
Not a typo. Somebody moved in and stayed over four years. That says more about how comfortable people get here than any description we could write.
We are a preferred partner for Department of Corrections physicians, and for Evergreen Kirkland, Evergreen Home Health and Providence Hospital and Overlake Hospital and Children's Hospital. We have hosted traveling teachers, home health nurses, people from the Kidney Center, utility crews working civil engineering projects, and regional traveling sales people.
Stays of 30 days or more are tax free — which on a long stay is not a rounding error, it is real money back in your pocket.
Repeat business says the same thing. Microsoft, five times. Google, three. Three Meta interns. Five ALE placements. A lot of IT workers.
We are flexible. That is the whole point.
Thirty days is long enough that the kitchen matters
A hotel room asks you to eat out for a month. This does not. Cook a real dinner, prep a week of lunches, do a full load of laundry at midnight — the rooms that make a long stay livable are the ones you actually get to use.
Everything here has your name on it
This is not storage. It is a system, and it runs through the whole house. Your shelf in the refrigerator. Your cabinet in the kitchen. Your drawer in the bathroom. Dry goods, cold goods, toiletries — each one carrying your suite name, in every room you use.

It is not only the big jobs. When a crew came into town to retrofit the movie theater, and again for the bank, we took the whole crew — some for weeks, some for months. We meet their needs and their schedule.

Our clinicians come from Evergreen Kirkland, Evergreen Home Health, Providence, Overlake and Children’s Hospital.
