Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote request, book a stay, or message us, we receive what you give us: your name, email, phone, dates, party size, pets, and anything you write in the form. If you attach a file to an inquiry, it is stored privately and deletes itself after 7 days. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, hold and bill your reservation, send your confirmation and welcome guide, and keep the business records the law requires.
Who we share it with
The booking platform you came through (Airbnb, Vrbo or Expedia, if any), our payment processor, and no one else — except when the law requires it. We will disclose records in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from law enforcement, and only what that request requires. We do not sell guest information, and we do not send marketing to past guests.
Measurement tags
The site uses Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, TikTok and LinkedIn tags. They count visits and measure ads; they do not see your form entries. You can block them with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and the site works the same.
Confidentiality for retreats, group stays and placements
Guest stays here are private. For facilitator-led retreats, room blocks and buyouts, and extended-stay or insurance placements, we offer a mutual non-disclosure agreement that protects your participants, your materials and your billing details — and ours.

How long we keep it
Reservation and billing records are kept as business and tax records; inquiry messages that never become a stay are cleared periodically.
