Grayson's Intermediate housing is suited for the transitional time of our lives, between temporary and permanent; our rental suites are affordable, stable housing for people in the transition of being new to the area in-between moves and contract workers such as Traveling Nurses that work 3-month contracts.

I set out to create a place of irresistible comfort, a space that is off the beaten path but not hidden. I love nature but was not willing to sacrifice luxury.
Here at Grayson, you have the best of both worlds, Nature, views, wildlife, and uncompromising luxury Estate, simply immersed in the tranquility of nature's abundance. the Equestrian neighborhood is both Beautiful and tranquility. Grayson is appropriate and safe for families, Pets; there is a gated safe play area.

I am Married, have adult children and grandchildren, animal lover, and have an entrepreneurial spirit,

I have a passion for fine dining, This is reflected in the Magnificent Kitchen, as a personal Chef, I prefer to use Fresh Organics (grown at Graysonlife or other local growers) as well as locally grown meats from only the best Butchers shops. At the same time, I love mixing and mingling with my own guest.
You will be able to see what I mean when you use this space, Chef's dream kitchen open light bright- lots of built-in features and wide open space for visiting, the kitchen is the heart of entertainment so we built ours with plenty of space together.
