We serve as a central regional location for an uninterrupted stay, sitting mere minutes from Snohomish wedding venues, Woodinville Wine Country tasting rooms (such as Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery), and Stevens Pass ski basecamps. Guests enjoy secluded tranquility while retaining swift access via our Commute Checker to Seattle and major Eastside tech hubs including Microsoft Headquarters, Google Kirkland, Meta, SpaceX, and Boeing Everett.

• From HWY 2 Eastbound: Take a right onto Lewis Street and drive approximately 1.75 miles over the bridge. Take your 3rd right onto N High Rock Road and follow it up the hill. The Grayson will be on your right.
• From HWY 2 Westbound: Take a left onto Lewis Street and drive approximately 1.75 miles over the bridge. Take your 3rd right onto N High Rock Road and follow it up the hill. The Grayson will be on your right.
• From HWY 203 Northbound: After passing through Duvall (about 6 miles before reaching Monroe), take a right onto N High Rock Road and follow it up the hill. The Grayson will be on your right.

• Unloading Luggage: Pull directly up to the front porch of The Grayson to comfortably unload your luggage and belongings first.
• Standard Parking: After unloading, standard parking is located directly to the east, near the flagpole. Ample truck parking is available for heavy-duty work crews and utility vehicles.
• Accessible Parking: Guests requiring step-free access may loop around the circular drive to park adjacent to the structural access ramp.
• Arriving with Pets: If traveling with furry companions, please wait to unload them until other guest animals are secured. You are welcome to utilize our fenced off-leash area so your pets can acclimate peacefully before formal greetings.

(Note: Vehicle parking occurs strictly at owner's risk. The property assumes no liability for vehicle damage or left items; please lock doors and keep valuables out of sight.)

Standard check-in opens at 4:00 PM, and check-out is set for 11:00 AM. However, we understand destination travelers attending Remlinger Farms concerts or Snohomish VIP blocks often balance tight event schedules. To eliminate stress, you can request an Early Check-In Pass when reserving:

• 2:00 PM Early Arrival: $50 flat service fee.
• Arrival Prior to 2:00 PM: $25 per additional hour (e.g., 12:00 PM check-in is $100 total).

100% of early arrival service fees go directly to our estate housekeeping team as a Living-Wage Bonus to honor the extra preparation required.

Each facility undergoes hospital-grade daily sterilization and remains stocked with plush linens and organic bath products from our Grayson Salon collection.

We offer a Fabric Care Center with smart washers and dryers—ideal for blue-collar work crews and multi-week relocations. Guests may also opt for full-service laundry handling ($50 flat fee). For formal wardrobes or VIP wedding blocks, our Prep Station provides handheld garment steamers, heavy-duty pressing irons, and lint rollers.

Yes. Guests can receive direct shipments from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to the property address. Event groups and IT consultants may ship attire or supplies in advance for secure in-suite placement prior to check-in. (Note: Personal letter-mail forwarding is not provided).

To protect our restorative environment, we observe simple mutual courtesies:

• Acoustic Quiet Hours: Observed in the West Side Sleep wing from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Corridors observe a quiet "no walking-and-talking" practice. Night owls may use our separate Quiet Entrance.
• Cell Phone Courtesy: Extended voice or business calls should be conducted on exterior decks to keep indoor common rooms quiet.
• 100% Smoke-Free & Vaping-Free Indoors: Smoking or vaping inside any room or structure is strictly prohibited, and remediation fees apply. Designated exterior smoking areas are provided near the Firepit Oasis.

A note on atmosphere: Normal life sounds and quiet laughter are always welcome! We simply ensure early rest is protected across sleeping corridors.

Reservations and inquiries for multi-day group blocks, team offsites utilizing the Focus Workshop, or private buyouts can be made directly through our official website or by contacting our concierge office directly.

Yes! We are the premier turnkey basecamp for Extended Stays. For traveling medical specialists, tech talent relocations (Meta, Microsoft, Google), blue-collar infrastructure crews, or ALE Insurance temporary displacement claims, we construct customized multi-week stay contracts (30+ days). We provide zero-deposit flexibility, direct documentation submission to coverage administrators, and include weekly deep guest services, fresh linen rotations, and culinary programs.

To show our gratitude to those who serve, we offer a 10% Preferred Recognition Rate to active-duty military, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and educators. Please present valid professional ID at check-in.

Because we operate an intimate private estate, late check-ins, early departures, or non-arrivals are non-refundable. However, we provide true flexibility through our reservation credit system:

The 1-Year Flexibility Raincheck Pass: If plans change, provide modification notice at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in window. Your stay converts into a 1-Year Reservation Raincheck Credit.

• No Blackout Dates: Re-book your credit during any phase of the following 12 months, subject to room availability.
• 100% Transferable & Giftable: Retain the credit for a future escape, assign it to a colleague, or donate it to a charitable cause.

(Notice: Cancellations initiated within 72 hours of arrival forfeit the raincheck, as preparing custom accommodations requires advance allocation).

Plans change — travel insurance for trip cancellation or interruption is available from your credit card or any travel insurer, and covers a stay like this. We don't sell it; we just think it's worth knowing.
