About Service
You never know whom you might meet here, someone passing through like you, or someone who's been here for months i.e. Traveling Nurses, or someone who is here because of company relocation and we also have from time to time built tour guides that are local folks here for a while in real estate Limbo in-between move while selling a home and buying a new one.
usually here on our 30/60/90 days+ but some are here for 6 months to 3 years.
We offer upscale Bed & Breakfast and focus on the B&B Experience predominantly in Spring and Summer using the majority of our vacancies for Bed & Breakfast and utilizing only a couple of our rooms for our Long Term Guests of Extended Stays. this is a Fun atmosphere!
In early Fall, we Shift Gears and Focus mainly on our Extended Stays, open our vacancies to our Longer-term Guests of Extended Stays, Traveling Nurses, relocations, and people in-between moves real estate limbo we allow B&B experience reservations between our Extended Stays Guests.
Saturday Brunch Mixers are a great social time with amazing farm fresh food prepared by Mariam as a family tradition,. friends and some neighbors come for Brunch, If you read our reviews people tend to like our Brunches so be sure not to miss it on Saturday.
Occasional Small Celebrations on site as well from catered Birthday Parties to Bridal Showers and a few engagement gatherings as well.

Myself, "Mariam, Mark, Rylee, Lillian, and little Axel nickname AXE-MAN.
"This is my form of Work-Life Balance." Yes, I am sharing these personal photos because if you know me, you know these characters too.
I am married, have adult children and grandchildren, WE ARE animal lovers, and I have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking on meaningful projects as well as donating time to more than one Nonprofit organization.
I personally have great respect and gratitude for Heroes & Saints. I am the Daughter of a Vietnam Veteran (thank you, Dad) and a police officer (thank you, Mom). I myself worked in Healthcare for over 25 years- and retired to pursue Life...
I enjoy meeting new people, entertaining, and spending lots and lots of time with family. I usually can be found in the kitchen, or being a taxi to our next activity. I often have 3 or 4 coffee cups going at the same time, and I do misplace my keys from time to time- but hey, who's perfect!

My passion is helping others gain balance, transform their life, recharge, and refocus on their goals. I enjoy prepping meals that are healthy, locally grown, fresh, and very good for you.
We enjoy having our own Organic Garden at our Grayson retreat. We also provide several services designed to ensure that you are productive while maintaining relaxation. Working in health care for over 25 years gives me the nutritional know-how to prepare the greatest meals. Not only are they good for you, but they are also very delicious and beautifully plated.
The Grayson is a full-service suite, month-to-month, for those wanting to achieve freedom of time. Imagine not spending your valuable time shopping for groceries, doing laundry, or washing dishes. We have two school-aged, community-active children, plus a toddler, a Great Dane, and indoor / Outdoor Cats.
We also have the company of the neighborhood dogs that come to shout, "Hey you, APPLES," A.K.A. Deer from at least three generations here daily. They are friends with our Cats and like to eat Apples.
