We Work directly with Recruiters to stretch your housing stipend, often coming in under Budget allowing our Travelers to take advantage of the Perks package or, for a little more our all-inclusive Restore Package at little or no Pocket Expense.
We can help reduce your cost but providing household items you may need to purchase elsewhere. Laundry room on-site at no extra cost and off-street parking, not to mention all the FREE echo tourism in our area to keep you buying. We will happily provide all housewares needed, household soaps, Bedding, linens, towels, blow dryers, pots pans the works.

Refined Furnished Living
The Grayson is a furnished suite with comfortable formal and casual living rooms, a dining room and breakfast nook, and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All utilities are included during your stay, including Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and Netflix.
Laundry Room
An on-site laundry room is at your disposal on your specified day of the week. No more having to sit at the laundromat, or hurry back to make sure someone doesn’t toss your clothes out of the dryer while you’re away. Bathrooms are cleaned and stocked daily with fresh towels and paper products. Linens are exchanged once a week.
Outside
Outside, you will find a large entertainment deck with an organic garden and outdoor fire pit. There’s a deck BBQ as well as shaded sitting areas for enjoying our scenic location. Pets are welcome and there is a fenced pet area to allow your pet the freedom of the outdoors as well.
