The Grayson is Fully Stocked with Household Supplies, from Towels to paper supplies, Linen to staplers, and everything in-between. Fully equipped Kitchen, Pots, Pans Plates, and gadgets, Laundry Room with detergents. Utilities are on, and your favorite Netflix show is waiting.
Once you make your reservation, we know when to expect you; simply show up with a suitcase; we greet you warmly upon arrival, and the coffee pot is always on. a quick tour and you are off and running. No set-up is required.

About the Grayson
First of all, let me start this section by stating it will be brief because a stay at Grayson is really all about you and how you will use this spectacular space.
I set out to create a place of irresistible comfort, a space that is off the beaten path but not hidden. I love nature but was not willing to sacrifice luxury.
Here at Grayson, you have the best of both worlds, Nature, views, wildlife, and an uncompromising luxury Estate, simply immersed in the tranquility of nature's abundance. the Equestrian neighborhood is both Beautiful and tranquil. Grayson is appropriate and safe for families, Pets; there is a gated safe play area.
I myself (Mariam) have worked in Healthcare for over 25 years- My thank you are the Heroes & Saints discount.
I am Married, have adult children and grandchildren, animal lover, and have an entrepreneurial spirit,
taking on meaningful projects as well as donating time to more than one Nonprofit organization.
I have a passion for fine dining, Which is reflected in the Magnificent Kitchen, as a personal Chef, I prefer to use Fresh Organics (grown at Graysonlife or other local growers) as well as locally grown meats from only the best Butchers shops. At the same time, I love mixing and mingling with my own guest.
You will be able to see what I mean when you use this space, Chef's dream kitchen is open light bright- lots of built-in features and wide open space for visiting, the kitchen is the heart of entertainment so we built ours with plenty of space together.
We offer our amazing property to those who can enjoy its benefits.

Home Away from Home
The Grayson is a furnished suite with comfortable formal and casual living rooms, a dining room and breakfast nook, and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All utilities are included during your stay, including Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and Netflix.
An on-site laundry room is at your disposal on your specified day of the week. No more having to sit at the laundromat or hurry back to make sure someone doesn’t toss your clothes out of the dryer while you’re away. Bathrooms are cleaned and stocked daily with fresh towels and paper products. Linens are exchanged once a week.
Outside, you will find a large entertainment deck with an organic garden and an outdoor fire pit. There’s a deck BBQ as well as shaded sitting areas for enjoying our scenic location. Pets are welcome and there is a fenced pet area to allow your pet the freedom of the outdoors as well.
The Grayson is located just a short commute from Seattle or Eastside. Located near the foothills of the Cascades, we have sprawling, wide-open areas, and a remote feel that exudes tranquility
